BBQ Chicken Fritters – Smothered in House BBQ sauce then grilled. Served with ranch dressing. Try them with House Buffalo sauce or Teriyaki

Brisket Mac & Cheese – House-Made Mac & Cheese served with slow roasted Beef Brisket. Drizzled with BBQ Sauce.
Cajun Shrimp Tacos – Spicy pan seared shrimp in flour tortilla shells with black beans, corn, tomato and lettuce. Served with salsa cream sauce and a side of tortilla chips.
Campfire Pork Ribeye – Served over Street Corn with a side Baked Sweet Potato.
