Wanting to create a warm and friendly atmosphere with the spirit of the West right here in Texas Corners, there didn’t seem to be a more appropriate name for this cozy place than after an historical hero named Zebulon Pike, the western pioneer who founded Pike’s Peak in Colorado.
Thus Zeb’s Trading Co. was born and opened its doors in May of 1996, and we’ve been proudly serving homemade food ever since.
